I was project co-ordinator for this project which also included the launch of “Buffergram”: a brand new digital platform for young creatives. My responsibilities included control of the budget, identifying, interviewing, AV checking, and contracting creatives, chairing production meetings, resolving creative differences, and overseeing marketing content creation. Watford Palace Theatre’s Young Company features homegrown theatre makers and performers aged 16-25 and is made possible through the generous support of the Garfield Weston Foundation.
