Facilitation

I am always looking to work with people to facilitate their creative aims - from inclusive drama workshops for children to professional script development. Find out more below.

Workshop & Welfare Co-ordinator

Herts Inclusive Theatre (HIT) use the arts and wellbeing practices to build confidence, develop skills and give participants and their families memorable, enjoyable life experiences where everyone is encouraged, valued, supported and has their part to play.

I have been Workshop and Welfare Coordinator for HIT for 2 academic years, coordinating all groups for one year and scaling down to two groups this year. The role involves assisting in delivering workshops for adults and children with disabilities, and all relevant administrative tasks; ensuring the Health & Safety of participants, including risk assessments and making sure all COVID guidelines are followed; moving sessions on & offline at short notice; effectively communicating changes to parents and carers. I have extensive training in this role including first aid, behaviour management, autism and ADHD awareness and food safety qualifications.

Script Development

I am available to read and provide feedback for scripts in development. I can make comments on overall structure, or individual lines and jokes. For more information about this service, get in touch with me at scripts@jakemorry.com
